2. Later C19 cottage adjoining Copton Manor Farm Store to south. 2 storeys: 2 windows. Slate gabled floor. Yellow brick. 2 light casement windows above. A 3 light segmental headed window to right hand below, and to left hand a segmental headed doorway; wooden boarded door in frame.
