TR 05 NW SELLING SELLING STREET (north side)
1/43 Luton House 24.1.67 GV II
House. Early C18 extended mid C19. Red brick and slated roof. Two storeys with projecting modillion eaves cornice. Shaped gable to right return front and stack to right. Five glazing bar sashes on first floor, 4 on ground floor all with gauged heads. Doors of 6 raised and fielded panels to left-in panelled surround with semi-circular traceried fanlight and open pediment porch on fluted Doric columns. Extended to left with C19 2 storey, half-hipped wing, returned to left. Two large sashes with segmental heads to each floor.
