No 33 (The Anchor Hotel) TR 0060 11/172 II GV
2. Early C19. 2 storeys and attic. 2 windows. 2 dormers. Pebble-dash. Parapet. Glazing bar intact on the lst floor. 2 modern bays below. Small porch with Doric columns and projecting cornice. Door of 6 fielded panels. The front of the building formerly had the words "Coach Office" incised on it, as it fronted the main road from London to Canterbury (Watling Street).
Nos 3l to 45 (odd) form a group.
