Two storeys on plinth with end jetty to right on moulded dragon beams. Hipped roof with stack to centre left. Two wood casements on first floor, 1 on ground floor and glazed door in C20 red brick porch to left. Rear elevation (to Marsh Lane) more regularly and closely set studding, with 2 wood casements to each floor, and 1 gabled dormer.
