Cottage. Mid C19. Flint, with some red brick repairs, and plain tiled roof. Square, 2 cell ground plan. One storey with 2 projecting and moulded gables with pendants, central stack with 2 diamond section flues. Three light mullioned window and single light both with moulded surrounds. Door to centre right with 12 moulded ribbed panels. Moulded gables on left and right fronts.
