HIGH STREET 1. (North Side) 5282 SITTINGBOURNE Nos 119, 119A and 119B TQ 96 SW SP/528 2/528 II 2. House, with shops on ground floor. Early C19 structure with earlier C20 alterations to ground floor. Brick walls; rendered west and rear elevations. Original brick chimney breast and flues revealed in east gable; modern tiles to mansard roof. Projections for earlier C20 shop fronts on ground floor. On upper floors, sash windows with glazing bars in brick reveals; gauged brick voussoirs. Two-light C19 centre first floor window with margin lights. Two flat-roofed dormers. Two brick SW rear wings, the first of two storeys with two bays facing east and tall brick stack on south gable; the southern wing of one storey with one sash window with glazing bars facing east and set under brick voussoirs. Interior : several C19 panelled doors, fireplace surrounds, window. shutters and skirtings are retained on upper floors.
