The following text is from the original listed building designation:

1. 5282 LONDON ROAD (North Side) MILTON REGIS No 216 (Wickham House) TQ 86 SE 8/45 23.10.74. II 2. Early C19. 2 storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof with eaves cornice. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact having Venetian shutters. Small porch with fluted columns and projecting cornice. Doorcase with semi-circular fanlight.
