In the entry for RAMSGATE KENT TERRACE (north side) 14/230 Nos 12 to 14 with railed area The address shall be amended to read RAMSGATE KENT TERRACE (north side) Nos 10 to 14 with railed area
RAMSGATE KENT TERRACE TR 3864 NE (north side) 14/230 Nos. 12 to 14 with railed 13.9.74 area GV II Terrace row. 1833-7. Stock brick, part painted, with slate roof. Three storeys and basement with cill band and parapet. Two sashes to each house unit on 2nd floor (10 in all) and 2 storey bows below, with French windows on 1st floor and tented verandah with simple uprights, screened upper sections and geometric railings. Tripartite glazing bar sashes on ground floor, and 6 panelled doors (part glazed) to right with semi-circular fanlights. Fleur-de-lys rails to steps and to basement areas. The whole of Kent Terrace was originally of one build, Nos. 7 to 9 destroyed by war damage and subsequently infilled.
