Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE MEETING STREET TR 3865 SW (east side) 9/256 Foresters Hall (Age Concern) GV II Foresters Hall. 1811. Stock brick, rendered to front elevation. Two storeys on plinth, with pilaster strip quoins. Projecting centre piece on rusticated base, with string band and parapet, with raised parapet and cornice to centre. Two glazing bar sashes on 1st floor with central segmentally headed recess, and 2 round headed casements on ground floor, with central panelled double doors with traceried semi-circular fanlight. Inscribed: Foresters Hall: over door, and over that: Erected MDCCCXI Interior: altered, but retaining cornices and other details. Now Age Concern offices.
