Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE THE PARAGON TR 3764 SE 18/290 No. 14 and railed Area GV II Terrace house. Circa 1816. Rendered with slate roof. Four storeys and basement with parapet to roof and stack to left. Two C20 wooden casements on 3rd floor, 1 sash and 1 wooden casement on 2nd floor, and 2 French windows on 1st floor with glazed verandah with simple iron rails. Bow to basement and ground floor. Two wooden casements on ground floor with panelled door to right with oval and reeded moulded panels, with semi-circular fanlight and hood box, & flight of 4 steps. Sash with vertical glazing bars and boarded outer door to basement. Spear head rails. See item 19/284 for historical description. Included for group value.
