Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE PEGWELL ROAD TR 3664 SW (north side) 15/309 Nos. 65 and 67 13.9.74 GV II House pair. Late C17, altered early C19. Flint with red brick to left return, with plain tiled roof. Two separate buildings in origin, now continuously roofed. Two storeys and basement with brick quoins (indicating 2 separate builds) and hipped roof with stack to centre right. Two sashes (that to centre with segmental head) and wooden casement on 1st floor, with boarded door and leaded sidelight under single eavesdrop to left, with two 3 light leaded windows with eavesdrops to centre and right. Blocked segmental doorway to centre left. Half-glazed door to right return. Left return in red brick with pilaster strips to 1st floor. Basement openings (exposed lintels) to left and to right.
