2. Circa 1840. 4 storeys and basement brown brick. Stone coping and dropped moulded eaves cornice. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. Stone heads and cills. 1st and 2nd floor sashes set in round-headed arcading. 1st floor cast iron balcony. Ground floor has 1 3 light curved bay. Right side round-headed doorcase with keystone, semi-circular fanlight and 6 panelled door. 9 steps to street. Area railings with urn finials.
