2. In 1882 this house was awarded the Home of the Year Prize. Architects Georgc & Peto. 2 storeys and attics. Ground floor red brick, Upper floors tile- hung with fishscale tiles. Tiled roof with massive brick stacks. 3 gables with scrolled pargetting, 3 casements on 2nd floor. 3 canted bays on 1st floor. Ground floor has 2 bays. Doorcase is supported by 2 Term-like brackets.
