Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE BELLEVUE ROAD TR 3865 SE (west side) 10/57 Nos. 46, 48 and 50 and railed 13.8.68 areas GV II Terrace row. 1840's. Stock brick and slate roof. Three storeys and basement with cill band and cornice, and quoins at end right. Two glazing bar sashes to each house unit on second floor (6 in all). Shallow canted bays on first floor, with tented verandah, with trellised piers, valancing and heart and honeysuckle rails. Larger canted bays on ground floor, and doors of 6 panels with fluted Doric quarter columns and flights of 3 steps. Glazing bar sashes to basement with simple rails to area. Although almost the same details as Nos. 38-44, of slightly later date. These and the regency & Italianate terraces in Augusta Road and Victorian Parade form an interesting group showing stylistic change in the mid C19.
