Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE ALBION PLACE TR 3864 NW (north-west side) 13/44 No. 5 with railed area 13.9.74 GV II Terrace house. 1789-92. Stock brick, part rendered, with slate roof. Four storeys and basement, with rustic base and parapet and stack to left. Three sashes on 3rd and 2nd floors with gauged heads. Three French windows on 1st floor with tented verandah on simple brackets, with elliptical arcade on Chinoiserie - geometric piers, with Gothick pattern rails. Two sashes on ground floor and door of 6 moulded panels to right with semi-circular fanlight and 5 steps. Two sashes with vertical glazing bars to basement. Spear head rails to area with baluster finial principals.
