The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE CHURCH ROAD TR 3865 SW (east side) 9/96 No. 3 with railed area GV II Terrace house. 1830's. Stock brick and slate roof. Three storeys and basement with parapet and stack to left. Glazing bar sash and blank window space on each of 2nd and 1st floors, all with gauged heads, and later C19 canted bay on ground floor with door of 6 panels to right in gauged semi- circular surround with 3 steps. Simple rails to steps and basement area.
