The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE GRANGE ROAD TR 3765 SW (west side) 7/120 No. 132 GV II House. Early C19. Stock brick and slate roof. Three storeys with parapet. Glazing bar sash to 2nd and 1st floors with canted bay on ground floor with pilasters. Door of 2 panels to left with keyed semi-circular surround. Included for group value.
