Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE THE PARAGON TR 3864 SW 19/286 No. 7 and railed Area GV II Terrace house. Circa 1816. Rendered with slate roof. Three storeys and basement with parapet to roof with stacks to left. Two late C20 wooden casements on 2nd and 3rd floors. Two French windows on first floor with glazed verandah with oval panelled piers and scrolled balustrade. Bow window to basement and ground floor with 3 wooden casements and original panelled door to right with oval panel and Greek key ornament, with semi-circular fanlight and moulded surround. Flight of 5 steps. Wooden casement and half-glazed door to basement. Spear- head rails. Included for group value. See item ( 19/284 ) for historical description.
