Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE NELSON CRESCENT TR 3864 NW 13/259 No. 1 and railed area 3.10.77 GV II Terrace house. 1798-1801. White stock brick and channelled render with slate roof. Four storeys and basement with string courses at 2nd and 3rd floors and parapet to double pitch roof with stacks to left. Two sashes on each of 2nd and 3rd floors, and 2 French windows on 1st floor with tented verandah with wooden balustrade and piers and on ornamental iron brackets. Tripartite sash on ground floor with door to right of 6 raised and fielded panels with semi-circular fanlight and pilastered surround at head of 4 steps. Tripartite sash to basement. Rendered wall with pier to right, and spear head rails to road front.
