Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE NELSON CRESCENT TR 3864 NW 13/263 No. 5 and railed Area 3.10.77 GV II Terrace house, now flats. 1798-1801. White stock brick, lower floors rendered. Four storeys and basement, with rusticated ground floor, cornice to roof with central stack. Three sashes on 2nd and 3rd floors with moulded and bracketted surrounds. Two full height sashes with central glazed door and 1st floor with 3 bay elliptically arcaded verandah with doubled piers and simple wooden balustrade. Two keyed sashes on ground floor with door to right of 6 raised and fielded panels with semi- circular fanlight and door surround with attached Doric columns and entablature at head of 5 moulded marble steps and with attached hood box. Basement with large plate glass window and half glazed outer door. Railings with crescent finials.
