Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE NELSON CRESCENT TR 3864 NW 13/274 No. 17 and railed Area 3.10.77 GV II Terrace house, now flats. 1798-1801. White stock brick, part rendered, with slate roof. Four storeys, basement and attic with parapet to mansard roof, with 1 flat roofed dormer and stacks to left and to right. Two sash on 3rd floor with central sunk panel and 3 sashes on 2nd floor all with gauged heads. Two full height sashes and central French door on 1st floor, with verandah with simple piers and wrought iron valancing, with panelled Gothick balustrade. Two sashes on ground floor with door of 4 raised and fielded panels to right with rectangular fanlight and attached Doric columns with cornice, at head of flight of 6 steps. Sash with vertical glazing bars and half-glazed outer door to basement. Spear head rails.
