The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE HONEYSUCKLE ROAD TR 3865 NE (south-east side) 5/224 Nos. 4 & 6 27.4.76 GV II Cottage pair. C17, altered early C19. Flint, part painted, and painted brick ground floor. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic on plinth, with plat band, raised to right and in doubled brick course. Kneelered parapet gables to roof with 2 hipped dormers and stacks to end left and to end right. Two horizontally sliding sashes on first floor, and 3 light wooden casement to left and horizontally sliding sash to right in segmental surround on ground floor. Panelled door in right in segmental surround, and door of 2 moulded panels to left. Two kneelered gable wings to rear, partly rebuilt and catslide roof.
