RAMSGATE HIGH STREET TR 3765 SE (south-west side) 8/183 Nos. 148 and 150 GV II House pair. Mid C18. Brown brick with interlocking tiles to roof. Two storeys and attic with basement, on plinth with parapet gabled roof with 2 flat roofed dormers and stacks to-rear. Four sashes on first floor, and 2 on ground floor with segmental heads. Basement openings to left and to right. Two half-glazed doors to centre. Shown on Collard and Hurst's 1822 plan of Ramsgate. Included for group value.
