Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE EFFINGHAM STREET TR 3864 NW (east side) 13/103 No. 35 13.9.74. GV II House. Early C19. Rendered. Three storeys with rusticated base and parapet. Two cambered headed glazing bar sashes on 2nd floor, 2 tripartite metal casements (French windows), with wooden brackets below for missing balcony. Large ground floor bow to left with 2 glazing bar sashes. Door of raised and fielded and reeded panels to right with semi-circular fanlight in keyed surround with flight of 5 steps and crescent-headed rails with urn principals. Boarded passageway-door to end right in keyed semi-circular surround. Large stair window to rear. Marked on Collard and Hursts 1822 map (for history see item 13/110 ).
