The address and the description shall be amended to read:-
TR 364 RAMSGATE EFFINGHAM STREET (east side) 13/105 No. 41 including No 2A George Street- GV II House and shop. Early C19. Rendered with slate roof. Three storeys with pilaster quoins to cornice and parapet with parapet gables to double pitch roof with stacks to rear left and to rear right. Two glazing bar sashes on 2nd floor (of 12 panes to left, 15 to right) and on 1st floor (16 panes and 20 panes), with glazing bar sash to left on ground floor and large bow to right with 2 glazing bar sashes. Door of 2 raised and fielded panels to centre left in Doric porch. Glazed passageway door to end right with semi-circular head. Simple C20 rails to forecourt. No 2A George has a shop front on the left hand return and is a small C20 shop premises built inside back yard of the main building. Marked on Collard and Hursts 1822 map (for history see item 13/110).
