Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE EFFINGHAM STREET TR 3864 NW (west side) 13/107 No. 34 with Area 13.9.74. GV II House. Late C18. Peach coloured brick with red brick dressings. Four storeys and basement with moulded plinth and plat bands to each floor and with parapet. Two glazing bar sashes to each floor, progressively smaller towards upper floor, all with gauged heads in red brick. Half-glazed door and glazing bar sash to basement. Door to left, largely within the elevation of No. 32 (this feature is reproduced in No. 36 to right) of 6 moulded panels with metal traceried semi-circular fanlight in fluted and moulded pilastered doorcase with enriched entablature. Simple rails to extensive basement area. For history see item 13/110.
