The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE EFFINGHAM STREET TR 3864 NW (west side) 13/112 No. 10 GV II House. Early Cl9. Rendered. Three storeys and basement with dentil eaves cornice and parapet. Rounded corner to right. Two sash and blank window space on 2nd floor, sash, blank window space and sash with vertical glazing bars on 1st floor, all with label hoods, and sash to left on ground floor, with basement opening below with dograil. Four panelled door to right recessed in semi-circular rusticated surround with 3 steps, and curved plank and stud door in corner section.
