The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE ALBION PLACE TR 3864 NW (north-west side) 13/41 No. ll with railed area 13.9.74 GV II Terrace house. 1789-92. Stock brick, part painted, with slate roof. Four storeys and basement with parapet and stack to left. Three sashes with gauged heads to 3rd and 2nd floors and 2 sashes and central French window on first floor. Flat roofed verandah on simple piers with simple cast rails and scrolled brackets. Two sashes on ground floor and door of 6 raised and fielded panels to right, the top 2 panels glazed, with semi-circular fanlight in panelled doorcase with moulded surround. Single sash to basement. Spear head rails to steps and Area, with urn finial principals.
