Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE ALBION PLACE TR 3864 NW (north-west side) 13/43 No. 6 with railed area 13.9.74 GV II Terrace house. 1789-90. Rendered brick (exposed to rear and return) with slate roof. Four storeys and basement with rusticated base and parapet and stack to left. Three sashes on 3rd and 2nd floors, and 2 sashes and central French window on 1st floor with verandah, with geometric wooden railed valancing and piers and Gothick pattern rails. Two sashes on ground floor, and half-glazed door to right, with semi-circular fanlight and 5 steps. Two sashes to basement, with spear head rails to area and urn finial principals.
