The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE ASHBURNHAM ROAD TR 3765 SW (north side) 7/49 No. 39 II House. Circa 1830. Stock brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys and parapet with stacks to left and to right. Regular fenestration of 2 glazing bar sashes and central blank window space on first floor and 2 glazing bar sashes on ground floor, all with cambered heads. Central doorway with C20 panelled door.
