The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE VICTORIA PARADE TR 36 NE (south side) 1/417 Rock garden about 30 metres east of sunshelter GV II Rock garden. 1923 by Sir John Burnet and Partners and Pulham and Sons. Low wall, graded to slope, on west side, with bench- top and ending in raised piers. The eastern side is a semi-circular section of Pulhamite rocks. Included for group value as part of Burnet 's Winterstoke Gardens scheme.
