The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE PRIORY ROAD TR 3764 SE (east side) 18/334 No. 3 (The Old Coach House) GV II Coachhouse, now garages and flat. 1830's. Stock brick with corrugated asbestos roof. Two storeys, with 6 glazing bar sashes with gauged heads on first floor, and 4 C20 garage doors on ground floor with central recessed half-glazed door with large iron lantern on wall bracket over. Built probably as mews to the contemporary terraces on St. Augustine's and Royal Roads, and included for group value.
