The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE QUEEN STREET TR 3864 NW (north side) 13/336 Nos. 47/49 GV II House pair and shop. Mid C18. Rendered with tiled roof. Two storeys and attic. Half-hipped gambrel roof with flat roofed dormer and stacks to rear. Sash to left and glazing bar sash to right, and double shop front with plate glass windows with glazed doors to centre and to corner. Garret sash to left return. Iron sign posts to right, and bracketted, to left. Hipped weather boarded and brick 2 storey extension to rear. Interior: altered, but with some exposed principal beams. The structure may be framed in origin. Included for group value.
