The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE QUEENS COURT TR 3864 NW 13/337 Nos. 1 and 2 13.8.68 GV II Cottage pair. Late C17. Flint, part with red brick. Plain tile and pantile roof. Two storeys and attic. Two storeys and attic on plinth with moulded plat band. Single gabled dormer and central stack. Pedimented Dutch gable to right, and projecting 2 storey and garret porch to left with segmental shaped parapet. Irregular fenestration of wooden casements in segmental surrounds, 1 to porch, 2 to upper floor of main block. Half- glazed door with glazing bar sash in porch, and leaded and shuttered casement to right. Blocked central doorway. Leaded casements with segmental heads on each floor on gabled elevation, and to rear elevation (also with plinth, plat and gabled dormer). Restored 1966 by Mrs Grummant and the Ramsgate Society as memorial to the Grummant family, a local building family. (See Busson, Ramsgate, 91).
