The following text is from the original listed building designation:
RAMSGATE ADDINGTON STREET TR 3864 NW (east side) 13/20 No. 50 and railed forecourt GV II House. 1801-21. Stock brick and rendered slate roof. Two storeys, basement and attic with parapet to gambrel roof with 2 flat roofed dormers. and stack to rear. Regular fenestration of 2 sashes and central blank window space in 1st floor, all with cambered heads, and 2 sashes with cambered heads on ground floor with central door of 6 raised and fielded panels with traceried semi-circular fanlight, with keyed gauged surround in red brick. Covered basement openings to left and right, and small railed forecourt with fleur-de-lys railings. Marked on Collard & Hurst's 1821 plan of Ramsgate.
