RAMSGATE VICTORIA PARADE TR 3865 SE (north side) 10/411 Nos. 11 to 15 Coastguard Cottages GV II Coastguard cottages. 1865. Red brick with ashlar dressings with slate roof. Two storeys and attic on plinth with cill band, string course and quoins to parapet with 3 gabled projections with ball finials and 4 stacks ranged from left to right. Wooden mullioned windows in stone surround, paired on projections, mullioned and transomed on ground floor, with 2 projecting porches with boarded doors in return sides, and recessed on left wing in projecting gable. Part of a courtyard complex and reflecting, although not perfectly symmetrical with the block Nos. la to 2 (item 10/409 ) . (Busson, Ramsgate 107).
