ELDON PLACE 1. 5283 BROADSTAIRS Nos 2 and 2A [Formerly listed as No 2 (Regency House )] TR 3967 NE 1/93 11.2.69. II GV
2. Part of an early C19 terrace. 4 storeys and semi-basement stuccoed. Parapet with stone coping. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. 1st floor has cast iron anthemion motif balcony with tent-shaped canopy. The ground floor and semi-basement have a curved bow with a 3-light window on the ground floor. Simple round-headed doorcase and flight of stone steps with iron railings to street level incorporating a footscraper Nos 1 to 3 (consec) form a group together with The Prospect and No 9, The Parade.
