READING STREET 1. 5283 (North East Side) BROADSTAIRS The Old Convent Farmhouse. Rosemary. TR 36 NE 5/159 II
2. Late C19 exterior concealing earlier timber-framed core. 2 storeys and attics painted brick. 2 hipped gables which are pseudo timber-framed. 2 cambered sashes to each. 'Rosemary' has a C19 round-headed porch. "The Old Convent Farmhouse" has a flint side elevation and a flint 1 storey extension. Inglenook fireplace.
