SERENE PLACE 1. 5283 BROADSTAIRS Castle House TR 3967 NE 1/14 11.2.69. II GV
Early C19. 3 storeys and basement painted brick. 2 windows including a large 3-light bay window on the 1st floor. Doorcase with pilasters and moulded frieze with Adamesque medallions.
All the listed buildings in Serene Place form a group with Nos 9, 11A, 11B and 15 High Street and Nos 3 to 5 (consec) Raglan Place.
