Nos 5 and 6 TR 3967 NE 1/169 II GV
Including No 13 Charlotte Street. Early c19, 3 storeys and basement painted brick. Parapet with stone coping. 5 sashes with verticals only. 1st floor later verandah and later c19 shopfront with panelled risers. The return to John Street has 5 windows and 3 blanks. Included for group value.
Nos 1 to 6 (consec) form a group.
