The following text is from the original listed building designation:
MINSTER SEVENSCORE TR 36 SW (Ebbsfleet Lane) 4/38 Sevenscore House 11-10-63 GV II House. Early C18. Brown brick with red brick dressings. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic on plinth with moulded plat band and moulded wooden modillion eaves cornice to hipped roof with 2 gabled dormers and stacks to rear end left and projecting at rear end right. Regular fenestration of 5 glazing bar sashes with box frames, and 4 on ground floor with basket arched heads. Central door of 6 raised and fielded panels, the top 2 glazed with clipped hedge covered porch. Interior: much altered C19, but some moulded cornices survive, panelling now concealed, newel stairs to attic and (blocked) to cellars. 3 fine barrel vaulted cellars. Two rear ranges, rebuilt in C19 brick show some evidence of framing.
