The following text is from the original listed building designation:
MINSTER WATCHESTER LANE TR 3064-3164 (north side) 5/48 Watchester Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Early C19. Brown brick and slate roof. Two storeys on plinths with plat band and wide eaves to hipped roof with stacks to left and rear right. Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes on first floor and 2 on ground floor all with gauged heads. Central door of 6 panels in projecting corniced porch, with 2 steps.
