The following text is from the original listed building designation:
The following building shall be deleted RAMSGATE HAINE ROAD TR 36 NE (east side) 1/135 Minnis Ward Haine Hospital GV
RAMSGATE HAINE ROAD TR 36 NE (east side) 1/135 Minnis Ward, Haine Hospital GV II Isolation Hospital ward. 1900 by Langham and Osborne. Stock brick with red brick and terracotta details and interlocking tiled roof. Single ward with end partitions in Queen Anne-Style. Single storey on basement with corbelled eaves to hipped roof with central projection with sharped pedimented gable and keyed oculus. Four sashes with casements over to left and to right, with partitions at end, with ssept battlemented parapets and saddle-back roofs, with 2 sashes to each elevation. The central entrances to this and to Epple Ward are obscured by the C20 covered walkway which joins the two buildings.
