Cottage pair. Early C19. Brown brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic, roof with kneelered gable to left, and hip, returned to right elevation. Two gabled dormers and stacks to end left, centre left and end right. Four glazing bar sashes on each floor, those on ground floor with segmental heads. Half-glazed door to left, panelled door to right. Included for group value.
