ST PETER'S ROAD 1. 5283 (North Cast Side) ST PETER'S No 62 (Selwyn House) TR 36 NE 5/160 II 2. Mid C19. 2 storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. The left side portion of 5 bays has mid C19 sashes with Venetian shutters and a verandah on the ground floor. The right side portion of 2 bays has Venetian shutters to the 1st floor sashes and modern windows on the ground floor. On the extreme left is a portion of 2 storeys stuccoed and rusticated with 1 window.
