READING STREET 1. 5283 (South West Side) BROADSTAIRS No 52 (Gardenia Cottage) TR 36 NE 5/151 II 2. C18 altered. 2 storeys flint-faced. Hipped tiled roof. Long and short stock brick quoins and window dressings. 3 sashes without glazing bars. Simple doorcase with stock brick surrounds. Later wooden shutters.
