Shop. Early C19. Colourwashed with roof concealed by parapet.Four storeys: Two windows to front and one to side. Two sashes with glazing bars intact. Parapet has stone coping. C20 shopfront. Included for group value. The Prospect and No 9 form a group together with Nos 1 to 3 ( consec} Eldon Place.
