RANELAGH GROVE 1. 5283 (North West Side) BROADSTAIRS No 2 TR 3868 SW 3/40 5.5.72. II GV
2. Early to mid C19. The front elevation is of 2 storeys faced with knapped flints. Slate roof. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. On the ground floor they have pointed heads and Gothick glazing. Rough flint window dressings, long and short quoins and pointed door surround. Double door with 4 panels. Left side elevation is stuccoed and has a Neo-Georgian bow.
Nos 2 to 6 (even) form a group.
