Full Description

One of two salt-working mounds situated on the Coldharbour Marshes at TQ 90736881. Surveyed at 1:2500. [For salt-working on Sheppey See TQ 97 SW 6](1). A rapid field survey by Wessex Archaeology in 1992 notes 1 mound but did not record it in detail. Additional reference (2-4) and site photographs (5-8).
