RAMS GATE HAINE ROAD TR 36 NE (east side) 1/136 Epple Ward Haine Hospital GV II Isolation Hospital ward. 1900 by Langham and Osborne. Stock brick with red brick and terracotta details and interlocking tiled roof. Single ward with end pavillions in Queen Anne Style. Single storey on basement with corbelled eaves to hipped roof with central projection with shaped pedimented gable and keyed oculus. Four sashes with casements over to left and to right, with pavillions at end, with swept battlement parapets and saddle back roofs, with 2 sashes to each elevation. The central entrances to this and to Minnis Ward are obscured by the C20 covered walkway which joins the 2 buildings.
